Shipping Information:

We ship most items by UPS Ground which takes 5 to 7 days delivery unless they Custom Ordered which 4 to 6 weeks.
All Bedding, Drapes and Furniture are Custom Orders.

We only ship to the lower 48 States at this time.

We do not ship to Canada or overseas at this time.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier if over 70 lbs. The carrier will schedule a delivery time and provide Curbside delivery. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. The driver will deliver to the driveway of a house and entry hallway of apartment bldg first floor. The customer must be present at the delivery to sign the Bill of Lading.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit. The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the Bill of Lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the Bill of Lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. Furniture is Custom Ordered and takes 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Custom Orders are not returnable.

Once you've selected your new furniture, it is important to be sure that it can be delivered through all entryways, elevators and stairways. Measure the height and width of your entryway, including elevator doors and interiors.

    Sales Tax:
    There is a 6.25% Sales Tax that is collected only on orders sent within the state of MA. This also includes Tax on shipping and handling.

    Returns:

  • Please contact us at: servicedept@bluelakebrands.com
    if you have a return to get the proper address for the factory.
  • All Bedding, Drapes, Shower Curtains and Furniture are Custom Orders. No Returns allowed.
  • Cookware and Iron products are available for a refund 14 days from Date of Delivery less shipping charges.
  • There is a 20% Restocking Fee for all items that are returned.
  • Any Cookware, Glassware or Iron products that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive a replacement.

  • Custom orders can not be returned.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
  • Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
  • Most returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA).
  • To get a RA number email us with your Name and Order number.
  • When you receive your RA number, it will need to be printed on the outside of the package.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
  • Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
